We specialize in premium smoked meats—from our signature Oxtails to St. Louis Ribs and Hickory Smoked Brisket—paired with scratch-made sides. We cook small-batch, low and slow, ensuring your guests get the same quality we serve at our own family table.

You order in bulk (Half Pans & Whole Packers). We have it hot and ready for you to pick up from our Newnan kitchen.
🚛 The "Drop-Off" Delivery
Best for: Corporate Meetings, Graduations, Holidays.
We bring the BBQ to you. Delivered hot in disposable chafing dishes, complete with buns, sauce, and serving utensils. We set it up, you enjoy.
🔥 Full-Service On-Site
Best for: Large Festivals, Weddings, VIP Events.
We bring the smoker and the team. Your guests get the sights, smells, and flavor of fresh BBQ served directly from the pit. (Subject to availability and venue).
