After years of refining our flavor profiles in the backyard, we are officially taking our show on the road. The 2026 season marks our rookie debut on the competition BBQ circuit. We aren't just going to cook; we are going to learn, to compete, and to chase that perfect score.

We are trading our weekends for wake-up calls at 3:00 AM. We are trading comfort for smoke. And we are taking you with us.
