Directions for the Perfect Fry
Prep: Preheat your frying oil (peanut or canola work best) to 350°F.
Coat: Moisten your seafood with water, milk, or a light egg wash. Toss the seafood generously in the Lowcountry Seafood Breader until completely and evenly coated. Shake off any excess.
