Mahogany Reserve is our competition-grade finishing glaze. We start with a tart cherry reduction (sourced from premium concentrates) and blend it with smoky chipotle heat to create a thick, sticky lacquer that clings to the meat.

This isn't a runny vinegar sauce. It's a "Reserve" blend designed to be brushed on in the final 15 minutes of the cook to lock in flavor and provide that glass-like shine.
