Forget everything you know about dry, boring holiday turkey. Our Manna Reserve Smoked Turkey Breast is built for true flavor chasers. We start with premium boneless turkey and coat it heavily in our signature Manna Reserve rub.
From there, it is all about precision in the pit. We smoke the turkey over a sweet blend of apple and cherry woods, locking in a deep, beautiful mahogany color. It is basted in a rich, sweet blend of melted butter and pure honey until it reaches melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
Sliced to Order & Finished with Shine
We never slice ahead of time. Every single order is cut fresh at roughly 1/4-inch thickness to maintain its structure while remaining incredibly juicy. Right before it hits your plate, we brush the slices with our sweet honey-butter liquid for a high-gloss, competition-ready finish.
