Premium Pork Belly Burnt Ends ("BBQ Candy")

Often called "barbecue candy," these are the ultimate decadent bites. Thick-cut cubes of rich pork belly are tossed in our proprietary Premium BBQ Blend rub and smoked low and slow over deep hickory wood until a caramelized savory bark forms. We then braise the tender bites in a sweet honey and brown sugar bath until they become pillowy, melt-in-your-mouth tender. A final flash glaze over the open pit locks in a sticky, sweet, and intensely smoky finish.
