Smoked Mac & Cheese

The Cheesy Gold Standard.

This isn't the stuff from the blue box. We start with a five-cheese béchamel sauce (Sharp Cheddar, Mozzarella, Gouda, and our secret blend), mix it with cavatappi pasta to hold the sauce, and finish it in the smoker.

The result is a creamy, gooey interior with a golden, hickory-kissed crust on top. It’s rich, it’s savory, and it’s usually the first side dish to sell out.

The Blend: 5 Cheeses + Heavy Cream.

The Finish: Smoked for 45 minutes for that signature crust.
