We take a "Soul Food" classic and give it the Pitmaster treatment. These oxtails are smoked over 100% Hickory wood to set a deep, mahogany bark, then braised for hours in our secret family liquid until they are falling-off-the-bone tender.

Flavor Profile: Deep smoke, savory richness, and a "stick-to-your-lips" finish.

Serving: Served over our signature Dirty Rice or Herb Infused Basmati Rice
