You can't have our Smoked Oxtails without a bed of rice to soak up that pot liquor. This isn't just filler; it’s a savory, seasoned blend of ground meat, aromatics (onions, peppers, celery), and our own spice blend.

We cook it down until every grain is fluffy, rich, and packed with flavor. It’s a meal on its own, but it really shines when it’s catching the gravy from our smoked meats.

Key Ingredients: Ground beef/pork blend, Holy Trinity (Onions, Bell Peppers, Celery), Wood Family Q Spices.

Pairing: Perfect with Oxtails or St. Louis Ribs.
